Loch Watten is a fairly large loch almost half way between Wick and Thurso. It’s a popular fly fishing loch, and attracts many anglers to the far north of Scotland in pursuit of wild Brown Trout… however, it’s also one of the nicest locations in Caithness for sunset photography. The shot below was taken on the way home at approximately 10:15 PM. What a beautiful evening!
